The NA class is Puffing Billy, at least to the travelling public! Built by Baldwin and the VR Newport workshops from the turn of the (20th) century, they saw service on all the narrow gauge lines of the VR network.
They are hard-working, nuggetty little locomotives, well liked by both crews and public for their 19th century appearance and reliability.
